Can I cancel or switch tiers?
Yes — anytime, no contracts and no cancellation fees. Switch up, switch down, or pause; changes take effect at your next billing date.
How does licence-plate entry work?
A camera at the entrance reads your plate and opens the gate automatically — your plate is your membership card. No RFID stickers to install, nothing to scan, nothing to forget.
Is my membership tied to my car or to me?
To your vehicle's plate. You can update your vehicle any time, and every plan offers a discounted rate for adding a second vehicle to the same account.
How does the second-vehicle discount work?
Add another vehicle to your account and its plan is discounted every month, on any tier pairing. Perfect for two-car households — both plates get express entry.
Does my membership work at every Monarch?
Yes. One membership, every location — including every new Monarch we open across the Ottawa–Kingston corridor.
What does "founding member" mean?
Members who join during a location's opening period lock in the opening-day monthly rate for as long as they stay members. It's our thank-you for washing with us first.
Is the wash safe for my paint?
Yes. We run modern soft-touch and high-pressure equipment with paint-safe chemistry, titrated daily. If a wash ever misses our standard, tell us — we'll rewash it with a free Sovereign, no questions.
